I frequently bottle with the 20oz Pepsi bottles. Using the Mr. Beer measuring device I fill the 3/4 tsp side and then guesstimate by filling it about half. So in total I'm probably a little under the 1.5 tsp mark but I've never had a flat 20 ouncer.

That's what my setup is now. Been fermenting in corneys for quite some time. Although if you are planning on fermenting full 5 gallon batches, it's not ideal. I've found that fermenting 3.5-3.7 gallon batches is perfect for the geometry of the keg
