I think just about everybody here is guilty of drinking their brew before it was fully conditioned and I'll admit with some of my bigger beers that they probably got finished off before any of them was fully conditioned. As you get the pipeline going

Since they include 5 grams of yeast and 2 works fine I'm thinking of splitting the yeast between two recipes. But I don't plan on buying any of these until they are on sale or they send them to me free. Oh, and I'm kidding about the yeast. Curious
