anyone else love the fact that the LBK acronym made it onto an "official" recipe? however...how are they getting 8.4% abv when they advertise 3.7% per can...and this (LBK IPA) is only 2 cans and some extra hops? maybe my math is wrong, but

Falling temps may have saved your beer depending on fast the temps dropped. Temperature control during primary fermentation is the #1 thing new brewers get wrong. If you just park it on a shelf or floor somewhere, sooner rather than later the beer is

The 3 gallon buckets I have from bakery are closer to 4 g and hold 3 g beer. Be sure to use a marker and get some measurements on the side. You might be pleasantly surprised by the size

They look to be about 3 gallon buckets. Wanted some 5 gallon buckets, but I wont complain about some free buckets. I went to Smiths bpgreen. Apparently I need to get off work early more often. I'm usually getting there when the bakery had just close
