Description
A picture of my Amarillo Ale, brewed Jan 2, and kegged a couple of weeks ago. Also wanted to show you guys my half pint glass that I picked up at my LHBS. The half pint is a great sampling glass.

I don't believe I posted a recipe of this, but it came from Midwest Supplies.

10 lbs. Domestic 2-Row barley malt, 8 oz. Carapils, 8 oz. Caramel 60L.

0.5 oz. Columbus (60 min)
1.0 oz. Amarillo (20 min)
1.0 oz. Amarillo (5 min)
0.5 oz. Columbus (0 min)

US-05 Dry Yeast (rehydrated)
