This is my best beer since going all grain, maybe ever? I can't locate the recipe but will post it when I run across it. I remember it being mostly pilsner with a touch of maris otter, c-10, c-60 and carapils. Fermented with T-58 that got a little warmer than I planned so just a touch of banana rather than the clove I usually get from the T-58. Probably I used saaz in the boil and I dry hopped it with several ounces of various hops. It's a really good session beer with tons of hop aroma and flavor without the bitter.
