No where on there have I seen them trash MrBeer.
I live BA, but when I made a forum topic asking for help with my birthday present (Mr. Beer and a St. Patty's Stout) they ripped me a new one for not steeping my own grains and mash and etc...
But that's the only time I've ever really been displeased with the site.
