lol... my uncle talks about this beer all the time. back in the 70's, he worked his way over to europe on a freighter ship, and met his wife in england. he also lived in texas, and talked about shiner bock all the time... he's amazed it's become a popular beer lol. i should brew this and give him a case lol. nice recipe, BW!
