I don't know how close it'll be to Old Chub, but this might be a good starting point.

as far as MB goes...Jon nailed it, that is the best you will get. similar style, but don't go in expecting it to be anywhere near a clone!

It's bigger than that recipe, and yeah...probably a bit more bitter, though it doesn't feature a lot of hop flavor or aroma.

Maybe swap out the can of Mellow Amber for two cans of OVL to get you closer, in both OG and IBUs.
