Had a 6 pack of Long Trail IPA the other night, and is now one of my fav brews! I would love to make something very close to this beer! Any and all help would be great! Thanks all!

Well, can you tell us more about Long Trail IPA?

Also, what processes are you comfortable with? Are you willing to do a hops boil? Steep grain? Do a minimash?

We may be able to get you in the ballpark without any of these advanced techniques, but we can definitely get you closer with some of them...at least, once someone who has had the beer has some ideas for cloning it.

Here's a clone (extract and all-grain versions) from an online shop. May be a good place to start.

I have to say thankyou on this post . Longtrail's IPA definately rocks. It became my favorite summer beer last year. At least my favorite store bought beer.
