Pitched the yeast last night from a fully inflated smack pack, went to check on the beer this morning and realized I left the window a bit *too* open...so this is sitting at 47°!

Oops. I sealed up the fermentor, rocked it to get some more oxygen into solution and make sure the yeasties are in solution and not just hanging out lazily on the bottom of the fermentor, and closed the window.

Hopefully that'll get things going again.
