...Iodophor is a pretty popular sanitizer, and has been around for a long time. Instead of not fearing the foam, like with StarSan, don't fear the stain (on plastics...it'll leave a little bit of a yellowish-brown discoloration). Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't Iodophor need to be rinsed?

I know, I have been force to do that too, I was just wondering about what other options were out there. Bleach is another option. If interested: "March 29, 2007 - Sanitizing with Bleach and Star San Charlie Talley from Five Star Chemicals tells us best practices in using household bleach and Star San in sanitizing equipment." http://www.basicbrewing.com/index.php?page=basic-brewing-radio-2007
