great episode of BIAB from BrewingTv... Brewing TV - Episode 54: Jake's Got a Brand New Bag from Brewing TV on Vimeo. ... in case anyone was looking for a visual of the BIAB process. Deathbrewer also has a good picture tutorial of stovetop BIAB over on HomeBrewTalk. simple. space saving (since you don't need to store a mash tun or other large equipment). you will need a grain bag... but you can get a two pack of five gallon mesh paint strainer bags at Lowe's or HD for $3, and that'll easily last you 8 or 10 brews. everyone kind of has their own little method and tweaks to the process, but it's an easy way to do all grain brewing.

i like BrewingTV... i like it a lot... except "the cobra", that's a bit much. NB is the reason BrewingTV exists, so they're fine by me. i've never ordered from them, so i can't speak to that, but they seem to be pretty nice and have all the little niche products that someone might need... and their new store (in milwaukee, iirc?) looks like it's incorporating beer culture (beer classes, cooking classes, pr brewer speaker series) into the LHBS experience... that's awesome.
