A little Googling revealed that someone commented that Austin Homebrew Supply's Cream Ale recipe kit, with a 4oz bottle of blueberry flavor extract will get you in the neighborhood. you can split the 5 gallon kit into two Mr. Beer-sized batches... just equally divide all the ingredients.

I make this as the base of my Sweetwater Blue clone. I just use this kit and add 4oz (2 bottles) of blueberry extract flavoring at bottling. It is not exactly like a Sweetwater Blue, but it turns out very good. This is currently my 2nd more requested by friends.. 1st being the Pumpkin Ale that I only make around Halloween.

I've been to the brewery (about 90 min drive). They use blueberry extract in it. Made from Maine blueberries.

This is my wife's favorite beer of theirs. They just expanded to make more of it (along with their 420). It's about the only blueberry beer i'll drink and i don't care for them.

I did (see he Google Austin home brew post) but wanted to do it from scratch. I'm becoming more appreciative of doing something from scratch (if i can) and attempting the recipe. So chunk would you recommend doing this as a cream ale base?

sorry to get back so late... gues si missed this post...

i honestly have no idea... just based my response based on some reading on HBT. i guess it'll get you close enough... then, you can tweak future tries to get the specifics dialed in.
