Knew this one would have a very active fermentation. I put it into my closet (usually 60°) and went to bed. Got up this morning and had the replace the airlock with a blowoff tube. Checked the temperature...50°! I knew it had gotten colder but I had no idea is was that cold. Pacman is a beast, fermenting like a champ at lager temps. I'm hoping to keep a close eye and gradually warm it up throughout the week having it finish around 1.020 or less.
