This was one of three batches I got going this morning. I wanted to see if I could make some of my favorite (all grain) recipes really easy saving some time with small boils and using HME for part of the bittering. Seems like it will be pretty nice...sample smelled and tasted great.
1.053 OG, 8 SRM, 28 IBU
1 can American Blonde
2 lbs Wheat DME
.5 lbs Caravienne
.125 lb Honet Malt
.125 lb Carapils
.5 oz. Amarillo 30 min.
.25 oz. Amarillo 10 min.
.5 oz. Amarillo 5 min.
.5 oz. Amarillo 1 min.
1.25 oz. Amarillo dryhop.
US05 Fermented at 66°
