short of just putting a slice into the glass after pouring a regular wheat?
from what I understand, you could use sorachi ace hops and add to the boil for like 20 minutes to get a lemony character to the beer. you using the MB keg?

was an easy 5 gallon batch that could easily be downsized
for MB by cutting the recipe in half. If you can't find the
premier malt extract the wcpa or the blonde would work as a base.
Nothing special really but better than say a dos equis amber.

i did a can of Classic American Blonde Ale, with one pound of light DME, .25 oz sterling hops at flameout... basically the DIY version of Mr. Beer's cerveza de conco de mayo... fermented at an ambient temp of 58°F using Danstar Nottingham dry yeast... tasted just like Corona, except fresh, and good hop flavor (i even left a few out in the sun for a few minutes to intentionally skunk them). it went quite well with a lime slice.
