I'm late to the thread, but digging the concept. A buddy of mine was asking for homebrewed Malt Liquor and it looks like you've found the recipe.

Will you be using 40oz bottles and brown paper bags?

Name-wise, have you considered going Spinal Tap-ish? Big Bottom Blond Ale, perhaps?

Just a few thoughts.

Actually I have used 40oz bottles at times in a pinch but never felt the need for the brown paper bags. It's still just HCCD 2012.
