President's day is brew day at my house and I will be celebrating by brewing up a 15 gallons of a Belgian Dubbel. Here is the recipe, feel free to give me your thoughts.

you doing the sugars in the boil or as staggered additions after fermentation starts?

The sugars will be added to the boil. I have yet to run the recipe by the other 2 guys brewing with me, so some stuff may change. I will probably up the Caramunich to 1.5# and may take the munich down to 3#.

The brew day was a success. We hit 1.079, which is right on the dot what we were shooting for.
