President's day is brew day at my house and I will be celebrating by brewing up a 15 gallons of a Belgian Dubbel. Here is the recipe, feel free to give me your thoughts.

The sugars will be added to the boil. I have yet to run the recipe by the other 2 guys brewing with me, so some stuff may change. I will probably up the Caramunich to 1.5# and may take the munich down to 3#.
