I mix some in my breakfast 'oatmeal'. I also make muffins, which are more like a bread, but easier single serve size - I keep a bunch in the freezer.

I just hand my spent grain to the better half and after some experimentation she tweaked the bread machine to make a rather tasty loaf that goes rather well with marinated bratwurst or a barley soup.
