I use the basic Mr. Beer recipes.. I am looking for a full bodied beer. What beers have you tried that are more robust?

You can get more body by adding additional malt. Adjuncts thin the beer out and malt adds body.

more malt or moving to steeping grains helps. even just steeping some carapils or crystal for 30 mins will make a big difference.

Yep, what they said. Check out the deluxe or premium recipes for starters.

If its only Mr Beer ingredients right now stick to the premium or delux refills. Maybe the Dopplebock or the Sticky Wicket stout...or the Piolothouse Pilsner and refills like that. The recipes with booster are lighter and thiner to drink.
