Ran across this item the other day http://www.cnbc.com/id/46327587/?slide=11CNBC lists Hopslam as one of the 15 best beers in the world. I've got a friend in Kalamazoo and I'm trying to get him come out for a visit... and as long as he's coming, he might as well bring some Hopslam with him.

NOt sure what the criteria was, but I was kind of surprised at the number of imperail stouts as well.... not that I mind it's one of my favorite styles... but iven the wide variety of beers out there you'd think there would be a little more variety.

just picked up a sixer... $19.50 after tax... people pay that much for a bottle of wine, right?
tasting notes after i try it at Beer Club tomorrow night...
