It looks like everyone is doing a great job at this. That's really awesome.
Still no meat in my diet. I've got 1 more week to go. I am not craving anything and feel fine otherwise.
The wife and I jumped back into Insanity. Ouch. Plus running when it's nice out. Did 2.5miles yesterday, and probably another 2.5 today. My body is getting a hella workout.
Last weigh in was good, so I'm hoping this one is even better. We have friends visiting in a month, so we are hoping to get in better shape.
Keep it up everyone!!

i was at 298 this morning!! 300 is that number that i dread. i've been over it more than i've been under it since i was 21 and that has to change. my ideal weight is around 250. i'm too big boned and such to be much lower than that without looking sickly.

one of my saviors in this diet has been hot bbq sauce. i can only eat so much chicken and pork without sauce. I LOVE hot bbq sauce and i got some head country hot bbq sauce and it's wonderful. really makes things taste good. 1 tbsp is 23 calories and its all natural. i've also read that hot things are good for the metabolism. just thought i would share

I heard the same thing. peppers and the like kick start your system. and I 100% agree that sauces are key to success. as long as they aren't a creamyranchbutter-infusedshouldhavejusteatensomeburgers sauce a buddy of mine who is trying to "eat healthy" ordered a salad, but then added ham, egg, cheese, croutons, and ranch dressing. talk about missing the point! I'd bet anything the roasted pork sandwich (just pork, au jus, and the roll) I had was healthier when all was said and done
