Ok, I think this may be a dumb question, but I don't know the answer. so here goes... My beer is colored with fruit juice, so can I use the scale, or what? thanks.

Sort of...QBrew or other brewing software will give you an estimate, but the fruit juice will darken it slightly but change the hue significantly.
