Hey i stumbled across this site today so i figured id shared it with you guys. It has tons and tons of great recipes. It even has recipes on sodas, liquors, and creams.

Fermenting 1:
Fermenting 2: High Country Canadian Draft w/booster and about 1.25 lbs of DME using lager yeast.
Fermenting 3:
Carbonating: WCPA
Lagering: Honey Smackin' Vienna Lager, Cold Morning Maple Wheat with bread yeast, Brew Ha Ha Bock + DME
Drinking: Sierra Nevada Stout, WCPA
On Deck: Too many choices; not sure yet
Wish list: 1 more brew keg - Oh and more brew supplies. \:\)

The Other Beverage section has a lot of really cool recipes including Absinthe.

How awesome is that? I'm on ebay right now buying supplies to see if i can make it. I've always wanted to try it but you can't get it in USA (through legal processes anyway.)

Actually, they just made a version of it available in the United States within the past year I believe. I know at a great liquor store here in Minneapolis they sell a brand called Lucid. Here's the website: http://www.drinklucid.com.

Nope, honest to goodness true wormwood absinthe is now legal in the US. Even some of the big French labels are starting to show up at my favorite liquor store. Happened a few months ago.
