as BOTM, I couldn't allow myself to be as complacent as I have been lately. I've been doing some light workouts, but nothing major...
then INSANITY arrived today! holy S--- balls am I apparently out of shape! just the stupid fit test killed me wink I couldn't do the full minute of any of the exercises, however, I did come close to the guy's #s in a few them...so that is a glimmer of hope.
although I am already intending to deviate from the 6 days on and 1 day off routine...just obligations (and consideration for my sleeping spouse) I know are going to get in the way. I am going to do my best tho to try to get the 60ish days completed within 3 months. ideal? doubt it, but it's better than not trying

That hot spell 2-3 weeks ago just about kicked this middle aged mailman's butt. The spare tire must go. I'm down 9 lbs from May 7th-15th.

My daughter made me and the wife start a daily food diary that starts with a weigh in each morning. It works wink... so far.

good job pudge!! I've had a bad couple of weeks. Got as low as 271 but couldn't do better than that. Got sick a couple times and had a mini vacation and funeral, all of which means I've been hovering within a few pounds of 275 for a while. Got a week long drinking vacation starting saturday so things won't get much better. Need to buckle down the rest of this week and get as low as I can before I leave.

go work Pudge! those diaries work great...as long as you use them wink I keep going in and out of mine, but when I do I really do make better choices throughout the day

c'mon CF...since you KNOW that you are going to "enjoy" the trip, hit it as hard as you can before you leave. and mix in a bacardi and diet from time to time during the vaca wink you'll be alright
