Who knows what hop lurks in MrB Blonde. This recipe might could use a hop addition or two to counter-balance all that sweetness. Fruit beers often use noble hops (Saaz...Hallertau...Mt. Hood...Sterling...Tettnanger) so as not to overwhelm the brew'

Tasting prior to racking, I can hardly tell there are any spices in this at all...so I put some diced ginger root in a nylon hop sack and added 2 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice, and racked it onto that. I also added 4 oz. of table sugar to prime it. Hop

my kit arrived today and i decided to keep it since later that night i was able to finish the other 3 beers off. I finished making my first batch and have it in a cooler with frozen bottles to keep it at right temp. I went with the cowboy first.
