I have (and love) QBrew, but how accurate is it for points per gallon of fermentables? I ask because BrewPal (the app for that!) lists slightly lower ppg values for sugars and extracts...I noticed this when I was using QBrew's data to add Mr. Beer's HMEs data to BrewPal.

Sorry, for being a stickler....
All Software is just going to get you in the ballpark. The difference are going to be slim. That being said, I am partial to BrewSmith, however, adding Mr Beer ingredients has not been perfected with it.
That being said, if you are using QBrew and Mr Beer, just think about as giving you a good idea of where the recipe is going. It is close enough.

Yeah, I figured as much...and now that I have a refractometer, I can get accurate OG and FGs, the accuracy of the software is less important. Thanks!
